Proposal with 2–3 personalized recommendations
Planning for up to 2 destinations

Planning and booking support for one key part of your trip.
Ideal if you need help with ONE travel component, such as a hotel, cruise, resort stay, or theme park tickets, while handling the rest of your trip on your own.

Destination guidance if you’re still deciding where to go
Securing, confirming, and managing ONE primary trip component

Planning Fee: $150
Complete travel planning and support from start to finish.
Designed for trips with a combination of multiple components such as cruises, all-inclusive resorts, flights, rental cars, and theme park tickets. Travelers who want every detail managed - this is for you! I coordinate the planning process from beginning to end so you can enjoy the anticipation of your trip without the stress.

Initial consultation call
Proposal with 2–3 personalized recommendations
Planning for up to 2 destinations
Up to 3 rounds of complimentary revisions based on your initial feedback
A fully customized itinerary built around your preferences, travel style, and priorities
Securing, confirming, and managing all agreed-upon trip components
Ongoing planning support and updates leading up to your trip
Travel insurance options and recommendations
Helpful destination guides and planning resources as they are available
A personalized “What To Do If” guide for common travel situations
A digital itinerary you can access and download, even without service while traveling
Support during your trip if something comes up

Additional Planning Details
Planning fees are paid before research and proposal work begins. Your fee covers the time, research, recommendations, and support included in your selected level of planning.
If you decide you’d like to upgrade to a higher level of planning support, you’ll only pay the difference between your original service fee and the upgraded service fee.
Each service includes planning for up to 2 destinations. Additional destinations may be added for $25 per destination.
Each service also includes a set number of complimentary revision rounds. Additional revision rounds are available for $25 per round.

1. Schedule your planning call
We’ll talk through your travel plans, priorities, and what you’re looking for, so I can understand exactly what you need from your trip.
2. I design your trip
I create a personalized travel plan based on your needs, preferences, and travel style, with recommendations that are thoughtfully aligned with your trip.
3. You move forward with clarity
Whether you’re booking on your own or working with me for full-service planning, you’ll have a clear direction and recommendations you can trust.
4. Ongoing support (full-service & essential planning)
If you choose full-service travel planning or essential planning, I handle booking, details, and continued support leading up to and throughout your trip.
